Tyazhelova O. Shoulder instability (etiology, pathogenesis, clinics, diagnostics and treatment)

. Object - 83 patients with shoulder instability, shoulder instability as a pathological condition. Goal - elaboration theoretical substantiation and clinical verification of system of the pathogenetic treatment of instability. Methods of investigation: conceptual, mathematical modeling; clinical diagnostics, biochemical, biomechanical, physiological and statistics. Theoretical and practical aspects of the differential diagnostics and treatment of the shoulder instability were studied. The conception of the dispatch shoulder instability, which based on hereditary predisposed changes of bones, and soft tissue of the shoulder joint, was proposed. The new mechanism of the shoulder stabilization, which bounds up with value of proximal humerus torsion was discovered. The system of diagnostics, including new methods of X-ray, was proposed; the principles and methods of pathogenetic treatment of the shoulder instability were worked out. The clinical using of the results of the researches showed a high efficie ncy of pathogenic treatment of shoulder instability, it means about creation a new technology of treatment of the shoulder instability. The main results of the work have found a clinical utility in Institute of Spine and Joints Pathology named after prof.M.I.Sitenko, Emergency hospital named after prof. A.I.Meschaninov, Chuguev's, Nikolaev's, Herson's, Sumi's hospitals. Traumatology and Orthopaedics.
