In the dissertation a new direction in minimally invasive surgery for l intracerebral hematomas is elaborated, which based on the application of modern endoscopic equipment.The methods of conventional craniotomy, restricted trepanation, minimally trepanation and biportal approach with application of endoscope-assisted technique are proposed.The practical implementation of the basis results of the work has allowed to improve outcommes of surgical treatments patients with hematomas
