Essay

.The investigations performed are devoted to the elucidation and assessment of factors of cellular and humoral immunity and activators of endothelium in the mechanisms of rheumatoid inflammation development. Clinical effects connected with phagocytic reactions of inflammation, antibody-production, crioglobulinemia and HBs-antigenemia were characterized. Clinical activity both of primary and secondary vasculitis based on the determination of clinical activity index of vasculitis as the most sensitive and specific parameter is evaluated. It was determined that complex therapy with basic drugs together with extracorporal detjxication methods (рlasmapheresis), systemic enzymotherapy, interferontherapy influences the regress of clinicolaboratory symptomatology, eliminates the risk of complications development. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical hospitals.
