Thesis deals with the problem of creation of ground radiotechnical complex of control and identification of spacecrafts .A new trend in radioterferometry, based on usage of radioterferometrs with superlong base for spacecrafts navigation, has been developed.The possibility of trajctory measurement using uncontrolled radiotion signal of boaroling equipment with identification of every measured spacecrafts has been determined
