Research subjects: Processe of reproduction and renewal of highest plants Research objectives: to reveal the laws of formation of reproducion system elements, peculiarities of seed renewal of some rare and embbryologically unstudoed species of plants in the connection of their systematic state; to discuss the phytogenetic level and work out the methods of preservation and increasing of their biological diversity . Methods: common embryological methods, antecological method and method of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results: the new laws of formationof reproduction system elements and seed renewal of flower plants have been determined : morphogenetical correlations during the processes of their formation, geterobatmy and geterochrony, biological plasticity of reproduction system and its adaption character. Expediency of formation into separate order Annonales, and also separation genus Davidia into independent family Davidiaceae order Cornales has been confirmed. On the base of ob tained fundamental data the method of improving of seed renewal and also increasing of effectiveness of breeding process of Zizyphus jujuba and Olea europaea have been worked out/ Novelty of introduced: the embryological characteristic of Arbutus andrachne, Pistacia mutica and Davidia involucrata is given for the first time; the processes of formation of generative sphere elements of Asimina triloba, Zizyphus jujuba and Olea europaea during introduction conditions on the South Coast of the Crimea. The hypothesis about opportunity of two ways development of sporogene tisue of microsporangium and abilities to dafferentiate in micrisporocytes and in tapetum have been proved. The flower markers of Zizyphus jujuba, wich allow visually to determine the stages of development of generative structures during genetical selectionworks have been suggested. Implementation degree: the results have been introduced in practise of genetical selection work, in forestry practise, used in morphology, embryology, systematics and also as a part of botany course in Tavrichesky National University named after V.I.Vernadsky. Effectiveness: replenish the information of partial and general plant embryology; question of systematics and phylogeny in selection and forestry practise; contribute to the students education. Sphere, sector of implementation: botany, systemathics, phylogeny, genetics, selection, nature preservation.
