In a thesis, new trend in development mechanism study and research of methods Legg-Kalve-Pertez illness treatment is realized in dissertation based on complex investigations. On the basis of outcomes of epidemiological researches is detected, that the chronic inflammatory diseases for children are not only most powerful risk factors, but also determine the greatest confidence figure of a course of Legg-Calve-Perthes disease. Under the data roentgenological, biochemical and immunological researches a carrying on link of a pathogeny of disease is the chronic inflammation developed on a background of an immune inflammation in an organism by a possible reason which one there can be different agents of aggression detected at the microscopical analysis smear for blood. In view of the obtained data for the first time concept of a pathogeny of disease from stands of the gear of development of standard pathological process - inflammation theoretically is justified. On the basis of the offered concept the principles are justified and the system of complex conservative treatment children envisioning necessity of correction of gears of implementation of inflammatory process, and also sanation of an organism is designed. The application results of offered pathogenic valid system of complex conservative treatment evidenced of its efficiency.
