Dissertation is devoted to investigation of the problem of udersatellite verification and validation of space scanners of new generation intended for development of systems for monitoring of water ecosystems state. Formulated is a new conception of obtaining of sea-truth data, based on expansion of measurement spectral range and utilising of normalised values as parameters for comparison. The original methods of solving of inverse problem of marine bio-optics are obtained.
