The study object are posttraumatic ischemic and inflammatory long bone lesions. The results, obtained in dissertation, define the key points of bone posttraumatic ischemic and inflammatory lesions morphogenesis and pathogenesis, especially in early stages when act mechanisms that cause injuries and directed on acute bone blood supply disturbance compensation. The results of this investigation may be put in the base of differential histologic diagnostics principles and creating of contemporary clinico-morphological classifications of traumatic ischaemic and inflammatory bone lesions
