The dissertation is devoted to development of the theoretical bases of the tomography measurements of the temperature and electrical conductivity. The main tomography problems of temperature field images reconstruction by an acoustic method are investigated. The stable solution of electrical tomography direct and inverse problems are solved. The instrumental errors of tomography measurement are investigated. The methods that have guaranties of the measurements noise stability and bases of tomography measuring systems metrology verification are proposed.
