Essay

The scientific concept of complex usage of gas-plasmas formations for the near-earth space diagnostics, for simulation of interaction processes of chemical and plasma releases with the Earth's atmosphere within the framework of the unified approach which combines the gas-plasmas formations using: 1) to mark the dynamics of natural processes in near-earth plasma; 2) to simulate the artificial and natural gas-plasmas formations; 3) to simulate the technical impact to the space environment are developed. The long-lived barium ion clouds with lifetime of more than 14 hours are discovered. The application of long-lived barium ion clouds to study of ionosphere convection is developed. The results of work could be applied in the space weather program
