In the paper it is presented resolving the problem (task) of increasing the efficiency of producing ferroalloys process by maintain the reliability functioning of high power electric furnaces. It's carried out the theoretical and experimental investigation of electrode paste component, derived and applied their rational composition and producing technology. It's determined the temperature distribution in electrodes of high power furnaces. It's developed and applied the ways to control of exploitation electrodes conditions, which are ensured the increasing of productivity ferroalloys producing process, and decreasing raw material and energy costs, and resolving problem to protect the environment..
