Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the conception of compesative apodization of frequency-selective multielement structures of acoustoelectric devices on surface acoustic waves. Compen- sative apodization includes next methods: physical apodization with additional wave, frequency-angular, compensative ampli- tude, phase with higher selectivity and limited electrode dis- placement, edged and combined apodization. Main of the struc- tures are realized in 19 inventions and are inculated in experi- ence and serial production.
