Essay

The thesis is devoted anatomical, biomechanical and clinical of analysis of unstable lesions of the pelvic ring. The rod for extrafocal osteosynthesis of pelvic has been developed and its parameters have been anatomically proved. The concept of a separately controlled rod has been proved. The biomechanical data received in the experiment made it possible to develop a mechanical and mathematical model of pelvis and give theoretical explanation of the connection of constructive schemes in assembling external fixation system in dependence on degree of stability violation of the pelvic ring. On the basis of calculation methods according to the data of different kinds of clinical and roentgenologic examination the diagnostic algorithm has been developed and criteria of a quantitative evaluation of stability infringement of the pelvic ring have been found that have allowed to connect them with a choice of principles and methods in extrafocal osteosynthesis.
