Essay

The thesis is devoted to a problem of creation and usage of the powder magnetic-abrasive tool (MAT), which is shaped in large magnet gaps for a finishing of details with complex contours such as turbine jets blades, axial cutting tool. The new comprehensive approach for investigating of powder tool formation, during magnetic-abrasive processing (МАP) has been designed. It was established on the powder environment continuum representation. The physical model of a МАT formed from mono- and poly-disperse powder magnetic-abrasive was offered. Depending on the tasks of processing the optimal structures МАT and its property - geometrical, tribotechnical and rheological were determined. The area of МАP usage is determined for dimensional, polishing, preparatory or hardening operation at manufacturing and repair of details and in a combination with wear-resistant coatings.
