Object: theoretical bases, methodology and methods of production management. Aim: development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations for introduction of methods of corporate management in the industrial complex of Ukraine. Methods: systemic-technical and economic analysis. Results: the theoretical bases of optimization of process of a becoming of corporate production management in conditions of improvement of the post-privatizing relations are justified, the recommendations for improvement of mechanisms of policy of state regulation of activity of corporations are offered. Use: formation of frames of management of the enterprises, preparation of the educational programs.
