Research subjects: 103 patients with rheumatism, 320 patients with tonsillitis, 169 patients with displastic scoliosis, 112 healthy ones. Research objectives: to consider the clinic complex approach to evaluation of the efficacy of climate- and balneotherapy in children with different types of constitution and to establish the duration of the course of resort treatment for children with different types of constitution Methods: medical methods investigation of patients with lung diseases, саrdiointervalography, clinoortostatical, cold indexes, electrotermometry, dopler- and echocardio- graphy, policardiography, weloergometry, spirography, imunobiochemical methods, indexes of T3, T4, cortisol, evaluation of phsychoemotional status, climate- weather conditions by health resort, matematical methods. Theoretical and practical results and novelty of introduced: The differences in the dinamicy of the state of main adaptive systems and of the exchange of the substances are establiched, the differences aredue to the speciality of the children's constitution. The period of the health- resort therapy for children of different types of constitution -18- 24 or 24- 30 days periods is established as well, the effectiveness of the course of climato- and balneotherapy's procedures from 9- 10 for children by I type and from 14- 15 for children by II type of constitution is established, the clinical basement of the effectiveness of climato- and balneotherapy, rational phsychotherapy, nonmedicamental meteopreventive measures for children of different types of constitution is given.The dynamic of the changes of the climatic regime of Evpatoria's health resort for the 50 years period and of the solar radiation in summer is analised. Implementation degree: articles, thesis', the methodical instructions, installation in teaching for higher educate customs. Effect: Due to the improvement of diagnostic оf the physical development of children and meteopreventive measures the effectiveness gets better for 50 -60% for children with the I type and for 60-70% for children with the II type of constitution , the effectiveness of the balneotherapy for children with the II type of constitution improves for 8,5% -10,3 %.
