This dissertation is devoted to problems of timely diagnostic, prophylactic and treatment of thrombotic and haemorragic complications, which as a rule are developing on craniocerebral trauma. Investigated 349 patients with craniocerebral trauma of different difficulty. The state of the haemostatic system was inspected by standard and modified methodics. We used the analisators Cobas Mikros (Hoffmann la Roche, Austria) and mini Vidas (Bio Merieux, France). It was determined that the changes in primary haemostases arise even on mild craniocerebral trauma and showed by short bleeding and coagulating time. These changes show on important activation of primary haemostatic system. In severe craniocerebral trauma in time of demaging of brain tissue, brain vessels, blood cells the great quantity of tissue thromboplastine throw out to blood channel, and considereble changes arise in primary haemostases, coagulation and fibrinolyses. This changes manifestate by thrombotic and haemorragic complications, oftenDIC-syndrome.The complex therapy including antiagregant and anticoagulant drugs in combination with surgary intervention in 96,2% cases decreased the duration of neurologic symptoms, accelerated the normalization of haemostatic indexes, lowered mortality.
