Dissertation is devoted to development of scientific grinding processes intensification fundamentals of instrumental materials on apportionment base as major grinding process kinematics influence factor by superhard materials tools. The scientific base of a new technology is developed for the first time is a kinematic process scheme of vibrational grinding, which provides creation of cutting surfaces with quasiregular microrelief. Developed and scientifically based new highly productive grinding technologies of instrumental materials grinding and created competitive world level grinding wheels with special functionally-oreinted work layer from SHМ.
