Kulinichenko V. Philosophical and Methodological Analysis of Paradigm Change Process in Modern Medicine and Public Health.

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of transformation process' specialties in modern medicine and public health as process of their existence and development paradigms change. The thesis includes a theoretical substantiation of historical tendencies of formation and development of valeologic and bioethical paradigms in modern science as well as analysis of their place and role in transformation of modern medicine and public health. Contrary to currently prevailing paradigms "man diseases" and "theoretical approach of activity", new paradigms based on methodological systemic principles, socio-cultural determination as well as self-realization and man development in human being are suggested in the thesis. With the purpose of adequate interpreting biological, social and spiritual phenomena in human being as well as nature and ways of their reflection in philosophy of science; new ideas represented by valeology, bioethics and health creation are enclosed. Results of work are presented in the Ethicscode of Ukrainian physician and valeologist, in the Programs of medical and valeological work, in man spiritual and innovative adaptation.
