Essay

In the dissertation the theoretical bases of biologization of agrophytocenoses of aromatic plants which marked the beginning of new direction in ecology-agricultural allelopathy, were worked out and put into practice. These bases are directed to discaver allelopathic action of aromatic plants and to after-effect of their post-harvest residues and wastes of essential oil industry as well as microorganisms exometabolites in formation of allelopathic regime of soil, in particular, of soil sickress. On the bases of allelopathic investigations of aromatic plants the importance of widening of biodiversity in agrocenoses throngh formation of mixed cultures with which soil allelopatic activity, plant productivity ant its quality could be regulated, was proved
