The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the selectable measurement of the object parameters of Eddy Current (EC) method. The unified procedure to resolve the problem of selectable multiparameter EC nondestructive testing is developed. The new more accurate physical model of electromagnetic field forming of defect such as a crack and the new approximate calculation model one are proposed. Methods for construction of multidemension nonlinear model of the EC system transfer function, that has a small adequacy error of this model, are developed. New methods of extraction and processing of sensor information and processing methods for multidimension signals from the EC system are also developed. All these methods ensure creation of precision EC systems for multiparameter selectable testing. Series of new special EC devices and systems are developed. These means have been applied in aerospace manufacturing technology.
