The thesis deals with theoretical, methodological, scientific - methodical and practical aspects of the improvement of tax relationships in conditions of market transformation of economy based on economic and mathematical modeling and modern information technologies. The degree paper offer the concept of simulation of the fiscal relations in conditions of economy, which one is transformed in market. On base of the designed methodology is built the system of the interdependent economic-mathematical models econometrical, game-theoretic, imitative types, which one cover a broad spectrum of problems of formation of the fiscal policy.
