Object of research - processes of diagnosing of electron devices; a subject of research - diagnosing of analog units of radio electronic instrumentation during production; the methods of research are based on application of the theory of identification, methods of an operations research, bases of discrete mathematics, systems analysis, theories of circuits, signals and systems, the theories of probability and theoretical bases of informational - measuring engineering; the purpose of research - increase of efficiency of systems of diagnosing of analog units of radio electronic instrumentation during production; theoretical and practical results - the new approach to problems of combination diagnosing is offered which is based on an item orthogonalization of functional checks; the methodological bases of optimum synthesis of informational - measuring systems of diagnosing from a point of view of view of maintenance of high parameters of reliability and depth of diagnosing are developed; the solution of aproblem of maintenance of invariancy of item measurements in the closed circuits is generalized and formalized; the methods of increase of accuracy of measurements are developed, to which the methods of correction of errors based on simulation of actual values of factors of a shunting, structural - algorithmic methods of increase of accuracy based on formation of solvable systems of equations, methods of combinational balancing of currents and voltages, concern, which can be realized as methods continuous, and the steadiness is iterative - continuous, and also for the first time methods of introduced balancing are offered which provide increase of accuracy of measurements, absolute convergence of iterative processes, and also increase of their response; the novelty of obtained results is confirmed by the patents for the inventions; a degree of introduction - at the enterprises, which are engaged in mass and serial issue of analog units of radio electronic instrumentation; area of application - radio electronic industry.
