Vovk N. Ichthyopathologic monitoring ponds of the fish-farms of Ukraine

The thesis is about diseases of the fishes spread in the modern ecological terms within ponds of the fish farms of Ukraine, influence of rearing terms, biotic and abiotic factors and complex medicine action for organism of the fish and immunosystem of it. The aetiology of diseases was studied. The histostructure of the internals of the fish, when pathological action was exist, was also investigated. The characters of vary immunological factors of the diseases of fish in model researches was shown, when the infection was experimental. For the first time the cancerous pathology of bream was revealed. The spread of lymphosarcoma of the Dnipropetrovsk reservoirs pikes was investigated. The clinical feature and pathological changes, localization and hystostructure of diseased pikes were studied too. The presence of the antagonism bacteria in fishes microbiotic was determined. Its activity of the antagonism concerning conditionally pathological microflora, the biological features of the picked out bacteriawas studied. The dexterity and advantages of the using preparations of the new generation for the prophylaxis fish's diseases, increase of the fish production and correction microbiocenosis of the mixed fodders, aqueous medium, aquoculture facilities was scientifically proved.
