The dissertation elaborates the theoretical conception, which are defined fundamentals of methodological system as reflexly commensurable with other methodological system of knowledge. It was substantiated that the system of methods wasn't come into contradition with the correspondent theory of definition conditions of truth system of scientific knowledge. Realize of problem with respect to other system of knowledge can serve as a source of the definite sort of the commensurable fundamentals: epistemological, ontological, and methodological.
