Essay

The complex methodology of a experimental research of processes of evaporation and drying of liquid materials in a dispersed state including study thermophysical of bases on system "a drop (a particle) - steam-gaseous medium" as of element system in spray equipment and features of processes of concentratin and drying in chambers is developed. The classification of liquid materials, as objects of spray drying, is improved. The effective technologies and new spray equipment are designed. The industrial introductions have consirmed efficiency of offered development on the basis of carrying out research.
