Essay

Statistical theory of concentrationally stimulated effects of influence of a broad spectrum of third component on superstructural phase transformations in complex structures of multicomponent systems is developed. Thermal and structural vacancies, bivacancies, impurity atoms of introduction and substitution, complexies and crowdiones of introduction are considered as third conponent in alloys. The essential influence of concentration of these structural defects on physical characteristics and properties of materials is ascertained.
