Essay

Fuzzy network models (FNM) are developed as a new sci-entific field which is based on creation of mathematical fuzzy network models of dynamic interactive processes. Artificial neural networks have been integrated into fuzzy neural sys-tems for the first time. FNM provides formal criteria for solv-ing problems of adequate process representation, resource optimization and ability to choose alternatives of processes cooperation. Intellectual computational mechanisms (ICM) have been created for the development of FNM. FNM and ICM have been improved and resulted in making a new method of modeling fuzzy logical procedures. Tools for prac-tical work have been developed.
