Zazirny I. Surgical treatment of the osteoarthrosis of the knee

The dissertation is dedicated to a new method of attack of the solution of the scientifical problem, which contemplates the improvement of the results of the surgical treatment of the patients with knee osteoarthrosis by means of elaboration and application of the complex diagnostics, original and perfected surgical technologies, grounded of varied approach to realization of surgical operations. On the basis of use of the method of corellative analysis lies the grounded interrelation between the peculiarities of the course of the knee osteoarthrosis and of the data of the radiographic analylis, biochemical researches, arthroscopy, magnet-resonance imaging, laser-corellative spectroscopy. It allowed to perfect the diagnostecs and to ground the diagnostical algorhythm in case of knee osteoarthrosis. The tactics of the treatment of a patient with knee osteoarthrosis should be based on the evaluation of the diseases phase, of the expressiveness of the biomechanical changes in the knee and of the results ofcomlex diagnostical researches.
