Object of researches: nitrogen-fixing bacteria of root zone of winter neigh Allocated from mulberry bulbs, nitrogen-fixing bacteria A. brasilense 53, A. brasilense 54, A. brasilense 62, Agrobacterium radiobacter 51, A. radiobacter C-7; winter rye (Secale cereale L.) of 82 sorts and hybryds, plants of a mulberry (Morus alba L.) and carrots (Daucus sativus Roehl.) of different grades. The subject of researches: the interaction between micro- and macroorganisms in associative and symbiotic systems nitrogen-fixing bacteria - not leguminous plant. Methods of researches: microbiological, biochemical, gas-chromatographyc, electronic-microscopic. The dissertation is devoted to studying of features of interaction between micro- and makrosymbionts depending on kinds of not leguminous plants and microorganisms. The role of a genotype of plants in formation and active functioning of nitrogen-fixing complex: nitrogen-fixing bacteria - plant is shown. The basic opportunity of formation of specific symbioses of notrogen-fixing bacteria with not leguminous plants is established. It is received new highly effective and technological strain of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and on its basis the preparation is received.
