Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the strain hardening theory development to explain the evolutional processes of structure formation during the plasticity deformation in connection with properties of carbon steel separate are studied the carbon steel ferrite grain dimensions influence, the morphology, the dispersion and distribution of the carbide phase in middle - and high-carbon steel on the processes of formation dislocation cell structures and spreading the plastic flow. The received common regularities allow evaluating of the strain hardening role from the moment of the first plastic deformation acts. The studying of the strain hardening mechanism in the carbon steel by reversible loading, and estimation by that the role of metal structural state, allows, in dependence of thermal-speed parameters of loading, to work-out the measures of change the character behaviour of the carbon steel by deformation.
