Essay

By using of NMR and computer simulations method it was estimated the main type of intrinsic defects of the lithium niobate crystals, the peculiarities of its structure at the wide temperature range are investigated. Some new methods for the calculation of the local electric field in crystal structure were proposed. As the localization of the photoactive Fe ions and OH- groups was investigated, as some principal peculiarities of the forming of photoinduced electric fields.
