Essay

The object is - natural and collection cultures Streptomyces, process of avermectin biosynthesis. Methods - microbiological, genetic, physics-chemical, ecological. The thesis tends to create an integrated approach of both theoretical and experimental analysis. The outcomes allow to obtain ecologically safe biologically active substances, which are the basis of a broad action spectrum of drugs against parasites of agricultural animals and plants. The new strain of Streptomyces avermitilis for producing of avermectins has been created and labeled as UKM Ac 2161,which at the same time is ecologically safe due to the absense of oligomycin synthesis activity. It has shown to carry in carbohydrate component into cultural media in two stages. It always increases the efficiency of the process and promotes growth of the most important component - vitamin B1.inside the avermectins complex The ecological estimation using hydrobionts of miscellaneous trophic levels was conducted and a genetoxicity of avermectinscomplex was tested. Those results allowed to offer broad production of avermectin containing preparations, obtained from biological substances whithout any ecological risk and with full absense of changes in functions of various levels of agroecosystem. Keywords: biologically active substances, avermectin, screening of microorganisms, mutagenesis, biotechnology, cultural media, ecological risk, toxic substances, antiparasitic drugs.
