The process of creation competetive thermal protective special clothing (TPSC) with prognostication properties ; the arm to development of the scientific bases of creation and technological methods of design TPSC; the methods to elaboration are the systematic methods of special clothes design, the main states of the theorys of thermal transmission, thermodynamics automatic control, statistical methods; the methods of formation of rational frame of a range TPSC are designed scientifically, which was gave a chance determined of regularities TPSC design on the basis of the gear quantitative and quality indicators in a system "environment - TPSC - person"., the engineering solutions and guidelines on practical implementation of a master schedule of creation of new kinds TPSC with given properties and test methods range of type with reference to conditions of operation of actual effectings are designed, and also by activities on a non-admission and liquidation of consequences from natural and technogenic debacles; the technological design development of kind assortment TPSC has been suggested; TSCO has been developed by Ukrainian fire-rescue service brigades; the field is light industry.
