Essay

Object of researches - process of processing on high-gravity lathes. The purpose of activity - increase of efficiency of processing on high-gravity lathes by mining and implementation of the scientific bases of creation of systems of the aggregate-modular tool. Methods of researches: mathematical modeling with usage of a computer, probability theory, dispersion and correlation analysis, mathematical design of experiments, finite element method. As a result of researches the scientific fundamentals of creation of systems of aggregate-modular tools are designed and the problem of increase of efficiency of processing on high-gravity lathes is resolved in view of a complex estimation on activity of the operation conditions, processes of deterioration, parameters of reliability and chip breaking. The theory of a multicriteria optimization is designed, which one allows to decide problems of designing the aggregate-modular of chisels with given parameters. On the basis of researches the new designs of aggregate modular chisels for high-gravity machine tools and guideline on their exploitation are designed. The chisels are protected by the patents and are inserted in an industry in conditions OJSC «NKMZ», OJSC «KZTS» The field - Heavy Machine building.
