Essay

The dissertation is devoted to questions of development of structural organization principles of complexes test diagnosing (CТD) digital systems (DS), constructed on microcircuits of programmed logic and containing the built-in or external memory. With the purpose of increase application efficiency of diagnostic complexes the micro program method of identification logic and physical sections of object the diagnosis (ОD) is applied. This approach combines high speed with small hardware expenses. The following specialized languages are developed, intended for synthesis and debugging of the diagnosing DS programs and of the codes of compiling systems, which ensure the languages mobility. For testing of the DS, containing the built-in memory, the CTD is developed, in which the synchronously working algorithmic generator and the program-controlled shaper of the determined tests are used.
