Essay

The thesis is based on data of examination of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. The aim - to determine the pattern of systemic and local changes of bone tissue, joints, disability. Prognostic models of progression and methods of early differential diagnosis are developed, that allow to optimize treatment. Application field is clinical medicine. The results were applied in clinical practice.
