Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to questions of diagnostics, treatment and forecasting complicated damages cervical department of a spine in acute and early periods of a trauma. The diagnostics of damage included modern methods: spondilography, CT, MRI, electrophysiological and other methods. The cause and character development of infection-inflammation damage have been studied. By result of clinical-laboratory and microbiological researches are developed conception of the traumatic disease a spinal cord from position syndrome of the system inflammatory response, especially development multiple system organ failure and pathogenetic basis system of complex treatment are established. For surgical treatment the new design of a universal plate and original technique of anterior stabilization of a spine is developed. The inculcate of the developed technologies of anterior primary stabilization allows to lower death in 1,8 times, to achieve increase good results of treatment in 2,8 times in matching with traditional methods, to exclude development kyphosis deformation of a spine, relapses of dislocations and other damage after operation.
