Essay

Dissertational work containts the new approach to decision of a problem of traumatology and orthopedy - the effective system of diagnostics, forecasting of current and theatment of patients with the heaviest damages of the basic-impellent device - crises of a proximal department of a femur is developed and introduced. The purpose of dissertational work is increase of efficiency of comple treatment and rehabilitation of patients with crises of a proximal department of a femur by use of a complex of modern diagnostic technologies: x-ray computer tomography (CT), magnetic resonant tomography (MRI), magnetic resonant angiography (MRA), remote infra-red termography (RIT), contactless omega-potential brain (COPB), biochemical (BR) and radioisotope researches (RR), laser correlation spectroscopy (LSC). Use of diagnostic researches of individual anatomic features and semiotics of crises of a proximal segment of a femur on basis CT, MRI, MRA, RIT, BR, RR and LCS promote an optimum choice of a method of treatment, use of optimum designs and adequate endoprostesis, to the trevention early and late postoperative complications.
