Concrete topography of a populationof introduced stains of diazotrophes inside rhizoplan, rhizosphere and edaphosphere was established. it was shown, that their colonisation of root zone can iniciate some chenges of taxonomic as well as functional structure of microbes assotiations for both rhizoplan and rhizosphere. High nitrogen fixing activity for different strains and high producing of phytohormonal and antibiotic substances as well as assimilation low solved phosphates can increase og general nitrogen fixing activity, can activate destruction of cellulose amounts in soil, establishing of antifungal capacity of rhizosphere. All above mentoined factors lead to increasing of general productivity for winter wheat plants. As a result, on the basis of the selected diazotrophes original technologies were created to produce vermiculite and gel preparations. Technologies to use biological preparations for increasing of general productivity of winter wheat plants were developed. It was shown that an unexpected releasing of the preparations is safe for the environment.
