The investigation of intrinsic and impurity defects in oxygen-octahedron monocrystalline and ceramic ferroelectrics by the EPR, NMR, ENDOR methods was carry out. Calculation of parameters of paramagnetic centers, the region of temperature stability PC and position of their energy levels, influence of the annealing on PC are appraised. The obtained results have the value both fundamental, and practical, because enables to create a ferromaterials with the set properties.
