Essay

Object of research: mineral composition of the feed, biochemical profile of blood, skin, wool, follicle. The purpose of work: the research of interrelation between metabolic processes in the sheep's organism with connection of wool formation processes, the influence of mineral substances on wool formation processes. The methods of research and the equipment:biochemical, hystological, radioimmunoassay, zootechnical, statistics, spectrophotometer,Kieldal apparatus, photoelectrocolometer,pH-meter, densitometer, counter of radiation. The theoretical and practical results:the formulas of mineral mixture for this species of animals have been elaborated. On the basis of the data of metabolic and productive feed influence enriched by sulfur containing compounds the conception of transformation mechanisms of feed nourishing substances into wool keratin The novelty: factual mineral composition of the feed in different regions of our country, an estimation of zone peculiarities of their organism nourishment has beengiven, the picture of distribution of sulfur and calcium across the diameter of wool fibre, i.e., its mineral profile have been obtained. Тhe degree of introduction: prepared the recommendations of using of mineral mixture in the sheep's feeding The sphere of use -biochemistry and physiology farm animals and feeding.
