Konovalyuk V. State Regulation of the Monopolies in the Extractive Industry

Object of the study is processes of the government regulation monopoly extractive branches to industry in condition market transformation. Objective of study is development to holistic scientific concept of the regulation to activity monopoly extractive industry at period market transformation economy and realization to this concepts in fuel-energy complex of the Ukraine. Methods of research are statistical, logical and economic analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, comparative estimation, index, accounting factor, expert estimation. Theoretical and practical results: holistic concept of the regulation to activity monopoly gaining industry, promoting increasing to efficiency of the work enterprise fuel-energy complex, other mining enterprise. Novelty is development and deepening theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions on regulation of activity monopoly extractive industry. Degree of the introduction by: Verkhovna Rada (Parlament) of Ukraine, Donetsk Regional State Administration, Ministry Fuel and Energy of the Ukraine. Branch of application is extractive industry.
