Object of research: penetration process of an electromagnetic field in both dielectric and current conducting materials and proce-- sses of their interaction. Research Aim: creation and development of electric and electromagnetic methods and devices for the simul- taneous control of electric and geometrical parameters of current wires and transformer oil. Reserch methods: theory of an electro- magnetic field and electrodynamics of continuous environments, sections of the regression applied statistical analysis. Results and novelty: techniques of calculations of operating modes of devices rational on errors are theoretically developed; electrocapacitor and electromagnetic converters are experimentally investigated. A degree of introduction: Yuzhkabel, Kharkovoblenergo, North Power energy system, NTU "KhPI". Branch of use: Electric power industry, the electrical engineering.
