Is established that a criterion prion-associated spongiforme encephalopathy Creutzfeldt-Jacob is the population of morphological indications: loss of neurons, spongiosis, gliosis, presence prion-associated (PrP-Sc) deposits in saved neurons, astroglia, plakes, walls of vessels and spongiforme vacuoles in cortex and subcortex structures, hippocampus and cerebellum at a lack of immune responses, acute and chronic inflammation. Represented priority datas of quantitative morphological diagnostics.
