Essay

The thesis is dedicated to development of the theory and design principles of the quality control means after the electrical and non - electrical nature object electrical parameters measurement. Such conception is based at the manyelements one-port network of the controled object immitance parameters measurement. There were analysed and classificated electrical and non-electrical nature quality control objects generally represented by some electric value-the immitance. The methodic and instrument measuring errors were analyzed and investigated. The non-sensitive to the non - informative immitance and active element parameters measuring way was proposed. It was found out that the usual and inverse trasactions combination using made possible to put the multiplexor out of the measuring circuit. The new vector immitance voltage convertor of the passive and active transducer advatages combining for the immitance measurement using was proposed. The instrumentation structure schems for capacity and inductiveparameters measurement of electric and non - electric nature quality controled object quality index estimation using analog, digital and computer devices were synthesized.
