Essay

The object is structural power interaction tribosistems of slid-ing machines. The complex technique of the structural power analysis of tribosystems of sliding is developed. The factors and criterion of operational hardening triboelements of sliding are systematized, the endemic factor of wear process if found. It is proposed the methods accounting of coeffi-cients of operational hardening. The methods of definition of specific work (energy) of wear process and damage of superficial layers of triboelements of sliding is developed. The way of definition of wearstability of triboelemerits of sliding in active environment is offered. The structural^ ^"Ipower bases hardening of surfaces of friction of sliding of^details of machines are proved during operation. The structural power parameter for forecasting wearstability of triboelements of sliding in active environment is offered. The mathematical and physics-chemical models of struc-tural power interaction of triboelements of sliding are re-ceived. The results were put into practice in various produc-tions and educational programs of LNAU.
