The dissertation is devoted to development and realization of the system approach for the solving the problem of updating the heat-gas regime of casting to predict the formation of defect in green-sand steel mould during mass production. The technical solution on prediction of gas defects because of the efficient vent channels creation and thus providing outward gas flow in green-sand mould are devoted and put into production. The diffusive-precipaled method of high-marganese steel de-oxidation with complex jerroux alloys, containing aluminum, allowing to reduce its gas saturation and a number of gas de-fected in castings, are updated and put in production. The prin-cipal aspects of dissertation have been published in 17 scientific articles, and have been defended with 3 certificates.
