Object - laws of spreading of algae-macrophytes; purpose of work - to discover the laws of spreading of flora of algae-macrophytes in different natural and artificially done water complexes of the Crimean coast; methods - general methods of botanical and algological practice were used in the work, algological researches were done on methods usually used in a hydrobiology (Gromov, 1973; Denisov, 1972; Eremenko, 1969; Kalugina, 1969; Kalugina-Gutnik, 1975; Petrov, 1964); novelty - for the first time the specific composition was determined and the list of phytobenthosis of 12 reservation objects were done; 2 were verified; for the first time for reservation objects of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov the detailed data about phytocoenosis of algae-macrophytes and structure were given; the original method of description of phytobenthosis, used he quantitative and qualitative indicator of taxons for characteristics of phytocoenosis have been worked out; analysis of flora of algae of reservation objects hasbeen done; laws of spreading of species according to floristic regions talking into account the systematic position, length of vegetation, saprobnity and rarity were determined; conception of reservation of sea aquatoriums has been worked out; theoretical and practical results - according to their bioecological characteristics reserved and natural aquatoriums do not differ much from each other.New species of algae were determined for floristical regions:Egorlytsko-Tendrovsko-Dzharylgachsko-Perekopsky -15; Karkinitsky Bay -15; Tarhankutsko-Sevastopolsky -5; South Coast of the Crimea -2; Prikerchensky -4; Sea of Azov -22. In the development of phytobenthosis under the influence of physical-geographical and hydrological differences between floristic regions it is possible to determine the directions reflected general laws of development of hydrobionts. The original method of description of phytobenthosis is given. The comparative analysis of algaephytocoenosis allows to identify quantitatively the qualitativelydiffering objects, which formed separate centres of spreading. The main centre of spreading are formed with reserved and natural coastal aqua complexes. Aqua complexes, suffered from anthropogenical influence is in separate centre of spreading; level of introduction - The obtained materials are used by Yalta departament of "Ukryuzhgiprokommunstroy", designers office "Hydrotechnic", "Krymmorhydrostroy", water-sanitation organization of South Coast of the Crimea, Yalta Institute of Management, Yalta organization of Ukraine Society of Nature Protection, Crimean Institute of Ecology, "Cape Martian", Opuksky, Kazantipsky and Crimean nature-reserves, Republic Committee of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Crimea, State administration of Ecology and Natural Resources in Sevastopol; branch - nature reservation
