The object of study is atomic structure of interfaces. The objective of study is solving problem of determination of an atomic structure and energetic characteristics of interfaces in metals and alloys. The methods of investigation are field ion microscopy and mathematical modeling. A fine structure, nanotopography and energetic characteristics are investigated on atomic level.
